Kevin advises the firm's clients on business and family immigration matters and is well-versed in a wide range of immigrant and non-immigrant issues. He works with the firm's clients in all sectors from the oil industry and international management consultants to multinational retail corporations and small business owners.

Kevin guides the firm's clients through the complex field of immigration law, spotting issues before they arise and making sure that clients achieve the desired results. In addition to business immigration, He also advises clients on family immigration matters, helping US citizens and Lawful Permanent Residents petition for their family members to join them in the United States. He has significant experience in H-1B, L-1 (individual and Blanket), E-1, E-2, E-3, and I visas, as well as waivers of inadmissibility, naturalization, and citizenship.

Prior to joining NNU Immigration, Kevin managed the US immigration practice at an immigration consultancy firm in London and was an Associate Attorney at a boutique immigration firm in Chicago, IL. In both roles, Kevin was responsible for all US business and family immigration matters.

Kevin is licensed to practice law in New York and Illinois and is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the National Lawyers Guild. He received his JD from Brooklyn Law School, and his Bachelor's Degree from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA. He is conversant in Mandarin Chinese.
